Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day for delivery between 8am and 6pm the following working day (UK Mainland). Time guaranteed services are available at an extra cost. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday will be processed on the following working day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Goods that are not accepted at destination will be returned and restocked which will result in a restocking charge or the charge to re-ship.
Privacy & Security
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018). We collect information to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent (or signed up to our newsletter). We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us. We will not pass on or sell information you provide to third parties without your consent. The type of information we will collect about you includes your:

Address
Phone number
Email address
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by logging in to your account, If you find any inaccuracies you can edit the information yourself from the customer dashboard.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening, however this will impair the operation of our shopping cart. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

30 day Returns Policy:
If you are unhappy with your goods in anyway you can return them within 30 days from the day of receipt subject to any re-stocking charges. We will issue a credit note on your account only.
If you have a faulty item and returned after 30 days it will be repaired or replaced under warranty.
You must contact a Technical Specialist in advance to diagnose the fault.Any bespoke/special orders, customised order(s) or bulk special deal order(s) cannot be returned unless faulty.
In this instance we will either replace or repair or refund at our discretion.
Returning Items:
All returned goods and item packaging must be sent back to us, at your own expense in the original condition they were supplied, complete, undamaged and unmarked with their original packaging, documentation and manuals.
The goods must be packed within an outer box and have sufficient packing to protect the goods inside to be considered back to our stocks.
You must send back via courier signed for and we must receive the items within 14 days. Proof of shipping is not proof we have received the goods.
We do not take any responsibility for loss or damages. We do not refund postage & packing costs unless goods are found to be faulty.
We would only pay for reasonable standard shipping costs only.
Re-Stocking charges:
Restocking charges are currently at 20%. If your outgoing order was over the $250 free shipping threshold and any
returned item/s take it below this free shipping threshold we will make any adjustments for outgoing shipping
charges, usually $10.95.
