Protective profile:
The light for each step is encased in a protective aluminium profile.  There is a choice of three profiles, each suitable for different installation sites. Profiles can be cut to length using a suitable saw.

1:Standard
Standard fitting which can be mounted even on finished stairs.
2：Recessed
The profile is hidden in a cut under the step. A popular choice for customers who have not finished their stairs yet.
3:Angular
Mounted in the corner between the stair tread and the riser.

Motion sensors:
Intelligent Stair Lighting motion sensors are fitted at the top and bottom of the staircase and switch the lights on when someone passes them directly. The motion sensors are designed to have a range of 1 m – 1.3 m, though this can depend on factors such as temperature and humidity. Special attention should be paid when positioning the motion sensors to ensure they are not triggered while walking past the stairs.
We offer a choice of two motion sensors (Flush mounted and Surface mounted), suitable for different installations.
